Welcome to STI Maritime Training Academy Enrollment System ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using stimaritime.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or system.

2. Description of Service

This website provides an online enrollment and trainee registration system for STI Maritime Training Academy. Users can register, log in, and manage their training-related information including:

• Course enrollment and management
• Training schedule viewing
• Certificate tracking and verification
• Personal information updates
• Communication with academy staff

3. Eligibility

This system is intended for trainees enrolling in STI Maritime Training Academy programs. By using this system, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are authorized to provide the information you submit
• You are eligible to enroll in maritime training programs
• All information provided is accurate and truthful

4. User Accounts

• Each trainee must register using valid and complete information (full name, email, phone number, SRN, company, birthday, rank, and manning company).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account with others or allow others to use your credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Data Accuracy and Updates

You agree to provide only accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your information if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts containing false or misleading data.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, designs, logos, and trademarks within stimaritime.com are owned or licensed by STI Maritime Training Academy and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using our system, you agree NOT to:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the system's functionality
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. System Availability

While we strive to ensure continuous access, we do not guarantee that the system will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, updates, system upgrades, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any interruptions or delays in service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rizal, Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
